WCOAP Day 3: Gabriel Iemmeto Doubles Up!

Day 3 of the WCOAP saw two bracelets awarded.

Italian team player Gabriel Iemmeto took the honours in event #5 Mix Max Championship, beating Adam Watkins heads up, with Grant Gardener taking the bronze.  Remarkably for Iemmeto, it was his second bracelet win in 24 hours having captured the Mix-Max title in the early hours of the previous day.

The Italian will be seeking a unique hat-trick tomorrow as he attempts to help his fellow countrymen win the two-day World Amateur Team Championship – having been runner up in the same event last year.

Elsewhere, Tony Marren took the bracelet in event #6 Pot Limit Omaha Dealers Choice, beating Welsh player Steve Roderick into Silver, with Antes Only Bracelet winner Milena Langdale taking bronze.
