Hi All

Just sending Jeldon Fernandez good variance (not luck) for the last final stages of the MTT.  By the way he is a better poker player than racing car driver - was in the arcade at Cardiff with Jeldon & his friend (can"t remember name) before the start back this afternoon - Jeldon can"t drive!!!!

Cheers
Steven

8 hours of driving, 24 cans of red bull, 62 coffees and one of the best weekends ever. Thanks to all those in the running and organisation of the event, was awesome.

p.s. never call an all in from Jeldon if he has  9c 9h

p.p.s especially dont do it twice.  :o

good luck all who remain.

Another great APAT event.
Well done to Tighty, Des and Tikay and Dena for another well run tournament.
As always, conducted in good spirit which really enhances the day.

Thanks to everyone for the support.

Tim Magnus to win it. Don"t think he"s lost a race today.

PS: Cheers for the bok Rich!

Tim Magnus is raising every hand, all unchallenged

If I ever got a stack like that I would too. Maybe.

but he gets a call on his latest raise from Jeldon

flop  5s 8h 9d

Tim bets 60,000

Jeldon all-in

Tim asks for a count

Tim dwells

Next ice age approaches

He tries to get some info from Jeldon

Its another 143,000 to Tim.....

It still is.....

.........

...........

Tim passes showing  7h 7s, third pair and gutshot straight draw

Jeldon says "good fold"

Just a hunch

We"ve been 5 handed most of the current level and blinds are about to go 15,000-30,000

Sloggett and Fernandes have made modest progress from Magnus

Murray and Auckland are short-stacked

Sloggett has up to 400,000 or so

This hand was fun

Fernandes limped UTG

Magnus in the bb folds, face up  qs qh, after a good think

Fernandes shows  ah ac

why the fold?

"its the first time he"d limped in all the time I"d played with him"

Classy stuff huh?

As Magnus has been slightly whittled away, his raising frequency has diminished

I think this is a more even contest than it looked an hour ago

Simon is having to push constantly to stay in it

John is quiet

the other three are more aggressive and locking horns

Er, no.

OK, well done on spotting the trap, but check and see a free flop to try and hit the set, surely.
