Hi Rich. After reading your loser"s interview I realise you may not remember chatting on Saturday night.

It was good to put a surprisingly familiar face to the username.

By the way I have a slightly-stained recliner for sale if you"re interested.

Everybody - read this blog. You too, like WarBwastard, may be nearly pissing your pants!

Ha I do remember chatting, nice to meet you too Jack, well played this weekend.

Thanks for the offer for the chair, but I would never move in on another mans furniture.  I won"t ask what the stains are either, that"s between you and your conscience.

Good blog.  Hope I didn"t come across as rude when you knocked me out - was extremely pissed off.....but that"s poker at the end of the day. Shame you didn"t put my chips to good use though.

Steve.

Don"t read fear and loathing in Las Vegas it is the biggest pile of cr*p you will ever read!!  The only way I think it is possible to enjoy that particular piece of verbal garbage is if you are either high on Amphetamines or lived through that drug induced era! And I,m too young for the latter and to boring for the former!!

Ha, it should be right up my street then.  What made you read it in the first place given the theme of the book obviously didn"t appeal to you?  And why did you finish it?  American authors are hit and miss generally just cause genetically they"re not as clever as wot we is ;).  Don"t give up on them though, they do their best bless them? Have you tired the Dice Man by Luke Rhinehart?  I sometimes think letting dice make my poker decisions might improve my game.

I picked it up because I read a review about Hunter, which stated it was a must read book, and I have to say that after half way I did skip read to the end, I hate giving up on books.
Also I had just been in Vegas, and was still in that state when you come back that makes you want to immerse yourself in anything Las Vegas! God I love that place!
Luke Rhinehart eh, I will give him a whirl. Cheers. :)
