I would like to know if William Hill support respond to emails - ever? Especially after their online support (who knew nothing) asked me to. Anyone else had problems?
So ******** tilting, balance coming off after the Onlines and in principle I"ll stick it on Genting instead who are actually contactable.
If the software is dreadful, the least you could do is answer questions and empower your support with details of known issues with Playtech/iPoker.
