Is there any way i can reserve a place before the buy in opens? it"s just i dont want to book the hotel and not get a seat

Nope. If there were, we"d all do it and you wouldn"t get a look in.

You can always book a hotel, just make sure you can cancel without penalty. It"s usually a few quid more expensive but quite often you can cancel once you are certain and re-book at the lower price.

Just regged for tonight"s satellite - bit surprised that the sats are password protected.... seems that will only serve to deny the casual interest.

I"ve just played tonights satellite to the Welsh Amateur Championships on William Hill. I was winning the satellite when the 5th player was eliminated and as 4 seats were awarded I continued to go all in until I was knocked out in 4th. Instead of being awarded a seat, I was credited with £31.25. I don"t understand this at all. There were 36 players in the qualifier giving a prize fund of £360 which equates to 4 seats plus some prize money.
I also played the same qualifier last night and although I did not qualify, I finished in the prize money and that has not been credited to my account. I"m not a happy bunny with William Hill at the moment.     i"m on the phone to them now and have been on hold for nearly 20 minutes. I will update the forum if a resolution has been found.

Yes please Vaino - if you don"t get resolution and need me to step in, just say so.

Thanks Des,
I"ve been on the phone today again and they are unable to resolve this matter immediately, its been referred to another department. they have promised to get back to me in the next couple of days.
I"m wondering if anybody else has been affected? Although I didn"t notice it when I finished 7th on Mondays satellite I should of been credited with some prize money (£2.40 I think) that also has not gone into my account. The whole saga is making me feel very reluctant to play on William Hill Poker.
Regards Vaino

I would raise that with them also Vaino, as it will be easy for them to check.  Part of how I judge an operator is how they deal with problems when they occur, so let"s see what William Hill is made of.  As i said above, should CS not come through, just let me know and I will ensure the issue is corrected at management level over there.

Hi Guys,

Quick question. Looking at playing the rest of the tour. Is registration only through WH Client? and when does this open. What is the process once reg"d. Do we automatically appear in the list when we arrive at the casino on day 1??

Cheers
