Sorry, but in a satellite with only 21 people, I have invested quite a bit and I"m not happy for people to just get in basically for free on my money. Will Hill need to give me a refund.

As soon as I get ko"d, I"ll be asking for a refund too. They can pay us back out of the money they save on technical upgrades and customer support.  >:(

I want another satellite on a site where I can get it cheap. I was in a good position and I am being denied a chance by simply faulty software. Its a joke. I deserve MORE then my money back. Won"t use WillHill again after this.

What a joke this is. Lengthy disconnections. No AddOns for some.

Spoke to someone playing on another iPoker skin, and he had no disconnect problems, and was able to have his AddOn in the PLO8 rebuy - I played that on WH (so I could play APAT game), and couldn"t AddOn (although I was one of the lucky ones that could AddOn in the APAT satty)

It actually annoys me, because someone who is blatantly rubbish is going to get a seat for sod all, where I will simply get my money back - and then be expected to pay full whack at absolute best - while three have cruised through with half the players disconnected. The whole bloody satellite should be paused/cancelled under those circumstances. This has really ruined my evening.

Has it crossed your mind that the rubbish player you"re talking about is an APAT member?

So you"ve had a bad experience with William Hill, fair enough - it happens and I"m sure their Customer Services people will deal with it.  I know i"ll certainly be taking it up with my contact there in the morning.

But stop dissing our players, thanks.

nice wording. btw, we were all disconnected - not just you.  You"re welcome to your opinion on the standard of other players of course, but I don"t really think that there are too many amongst this final table that are "blatantly rubbish".

I bubbled, so at least I wasn"t one of the "blatantly rubbish" players that deprived you of a seat.

I was in a rage - let me have my moment and don"t take it as a personal attack. I"m more angry at WillHill then anyone else, but at the same time if half the field get disconnected and theres only 21 players and 6th is a cash - you could be the worst player ever and you would still have a pretty good chance of cashing if you have been allowed to play on! Perhaps I should have used the term "fluky whatnot" or "the less good player".

Theres a few donks in APAT though lets be honest, I wouldn"t want any of the genuinelly good players thinking I was saying it was about them, but I am not the enemy here, I"m just the most vocal participant! You cannot deny that despite everyone passing the parcel on whose fault it is, a player or two have basically been free-rolled into Cardiff have they not?

Time for an APAT poker skin. I wasn"t sure about it when it was first mentioned, but all this chopping and changing isn"t good for us. If a business model can be made to work then please consider it. I"m sure plenty of players would be happy to discuss and help make it work.
