i"ve paid more for APAt flights than i have paid for this one, £250 seems alot but as i have notice its not as bad as it could of been

although i hate paying with the chance i might not get a seat and i wouldnt for a uk based event i just fancy a trip abroad

looks like there will be a mini APAt event on the plane as i am on the same plane
as the duke jack brendan and glen

4 flights in total, I"ll be a wreck by the time I get home  :o

I dread the frustration of donking in 4 satellites more than the 4 flights!  :-\   :)

I don"t.  I"m expecting to do just that.

I"m sure you have this covered Ger, but have you checked the location of the hotel in relation to the casino?

Shame about this one. I"ve played in every event so far since I joined APAT, but can"t justify paying £300+ for a £75 tourny.....

The flights are just too expensive thanks to a bank holiday weekend :( Students can"t afford to do that and have a car! 8-)

You can try the sats.  That"s how I"m hoping to play in it.

I"ll definitely try them :) But my thoughts of online tournys (fast blinds, low chips etc...) well, i"ll give it a go ^-^

Ohhh what to do. Want to play this so will be in the Sats, but should I book a flight anyway?.. will the wife kill me if I do?...... can I afford to take her as well?...... can she get time off?...... Is that the same weekend as a friends wedding? (must check that one) Finally if I do go will Neil buy me a drink with his $40k  ;)
How can you call that.... you should have bet more...... I was all-in...... well you should have had more to bet.

Wayne, I ain"t crying about it and at no point have I said I wouldn"t be there.

Derek, that"s some questions you have to ask yourself.

Finally I have found the reason to moving to Vienna!!!

If you guys need any help with knowing where to go/what to do/other decent poker spots in Vienna then just give me a shout - am always happy to help.

As for the direct buy-in (i"m giving online poker a rest at the moment) do these go pretty quickly or something?

Cheers,
Rich

can I afford to take her as well?  from your WillHill Bankroll? Yes, definitely!

I think that may constitute a misappropriation of bankroll funds. Can't have the wife thinking that any of this is real money that can actually be spent on things  ;)

Note to self. Must tread carefully as wife may read this.
