Rich Stevenson - Gone But Unlikely To Be Forgotten!
« on: May 26, 2012, 12:35:50 PM »
Regular readers of Rich"s blog may already know, but for those that aren"t... unfortunately Rich (WarBwastard) passed away during the week.

As you might expect, he had prepared for the occasion and the announcement is on his blog - http://la-boca-de-la-cueva.blogspot.co.uk/

See ya mate,
RIP

I first met Rich when we shared a table at my first APAT at Newcastle in 2006. I"d be lying if I said I noticed his humour & wit then but subsequently, when introduced to his blog, the intelligence and humour was stunning.

It"s said all the time but this really is a sad loss. RIP Sheriff.

Have some fond memories of playing poker with Rich, not least my very first APAT event in Cardiff in Season 2, when he was on my immediate left, and the first person with whom I played my very first APAT hand.  So sad to hear of his passing.

RIP
