« on: February 04, 2008, 13:45:59 PM »
My bankroll doesnt allow me to play the main event but am going down next week to play 2 or 3 of the smaller events.

Any other APAT regulars going down?

Was incredibly tempted to enter the £300+30 event.

Luckily or unluckily im off for a weekend of madness in london on the 15th.

Would be very grateful if you could tell me what the smaller events are like though as i think its only a matter of time before i venture into these £300 2 day events.

Played a $109 satellite at BSQ on Friday night. Tickets for top three, and £2650 for 4th (enough to buy in and have change!)...... and sweet FA for 5th, which coincidentally is where I landed!!  Went out holding 33 on a 23K flop.... other guy has KK

I was going to play the Omaha event, but I can"t as I"m no good at Omaha. I had a plan to learn to how to play it properly, but I got side-tracked with some juggling lessons.

i shall be there, as its my local casino, i will prob go to play the smaller events before, and hopefully, if i get mega, mega, lucky i can play in the main event which is what i want.

so i need a cash in 1 of those or to win a seat in the satelite.

or if neil is there, he might be able to lend me a few quid, although he is scottish so i wouldnt hold my breath
if you ever remember some stranger who sucked out on you.

chances are, it was probably me!
