Knockout cup your ideas

Loving the knockout cup idea looks like it could be fun..

Dunno what you guys think, I was thinking to make it a little more "fun" obv dunno how much interest there is gonna be in this one, but perhaps we start of with say.. Putting down everyone"s name that shows interest and allocating them a number.. So I"m gonna say yes, so I will be number 1 so if Jo wants in she"s number 2 Chris wants in number 3 and so on.. If we cap it at say 16 to begin with first come first picked so to speak, but obv if demand is more 20 and so on.. Then a few days or so before it kicks off we draw the teams at random, first four names out first team and so on.. Also every one who is interested picks a name they would like for the team, and their team names are selected for a random draw in their group..

I"m sure with jo"s recruiting skills she can message all current team mates with the proposal if you guys like the idea?..

So I will get the ball rolling to see if interest is shown, I"m cool with what ever you guys think if you have a set idea of a team you would like to play in I"m more than happy if you decide you want to opt out..

You beat me to it!! Absolutely cracking idea IMO, defo up for this. Love the random draw....once we have a start date we can set a deadline for interest and a date for the  draw..

There is now a link on the site, perhaps Jo will paste it here, hard to do from iPad  .. Regarding posting your team of four.
It seems each team needs to have a captain..
My suggestion is that the first person drawn out in each sector of four is automatically named Captain? And perhaps for added fun the last person of the four gets to have their choice of team name? .. Just gives someone a flip chance to be either skipper or founder title namer of possibly the winning team  ..

Jo has come up with a great idea of doing the draw from hers and posting the vid on YouTube .. I"m happy with this, but of course will go with the majority..
