I would appreciate any advice on this situation that occurred in a tournament last night.
Pokerstars $1 No-Limit 5 Card Draw. 330 runners. 42 paid. 1st place $69.39.
Starting stack 3000.
1 hour in, we have been hitting everything. Even when we reraise pre-draw with a made straight and stand pat, they still bluff-shove their much smaller stack with a set or 2P as if I"ll fold. The last hand before the break I get KK, draw 3 and end up with KKK77 and get paid a couple of thousand.
10.55pm break: 1/220. Fish fingers are on the grill and macaroni is in the microwave.
Have two other tournaments on the go but not much happening for me in them.
Villian is hottie we have seen casually a couple of times in the last couple of weeks, who turns up at this point and wants to go clubbing. I had thought I were in the clear as she had gone out for a meal with "a friend", but it unexpectedly turns out to have been exactly that. Some work would be required to make me fit to be seen in public.
Any advice is welcome. I won"t reveal the outcome yet as I don"t want to be too results-orientated.
