Server HAD been behaving itself until the past 24 hours where the hosting company decided to tinker with our firewall without warning us. Always nice when that happens   Apologies from them to you all for their dicking about.

Anyway all good as this is the first down time in well over a month. The fixes we"ve put in place seem to be doing the trick.

Been crazy busy with my work as well as setting up the wifes new business (www.blingpostbox.com), with another in the planning, and also starting setting up a new clothing line business for Anna my daughter (www.crushingsouls.com).. coming soon... Pleased to say APAT technical side has been quiet.

Played zero poker for months now, online (don"t think I"ve played at all 2013) or live, just no spare time. Plenty of drunken visits to the casino though, and finally found a craps table to play on up in Newcastle Aspers. Really miss playing craps after getting the bug in Aruba, and although the table up there is only half size, ventured up there last weekend and had a ball with Lilly.

Wish more casinos would install craps tables.. they really bring the noise and atmosphere, the number of times ventured to the G Stockton, the atmosphere just isn"t the same. Understand that staffing them is a "problem" but the mini Aspers one ran with just one staff member for most of the night.

Vegas 2014 is a must. Just waiting on Jaxie to tell me some certain dates so the planning can commence

Sounds like Anna is going to get the business bug aswell.  Looking at the logo, I"m guessing poker related clothing ?

Maybe she could design some APAT gear to compete with that lovely green Betfair tshirt from a few years back. (The one often modelled by Andrew Duncan at live events)

Had a look at the Bling Post Box site a few weeks back.  Fantastic.

Took a fair bit of work to get going that one Leigh, fair bit of travelling and promotional work. Manning stands every Sunday at Wedding Fayres over the past month or so.. but its all starting to work. Lilly"s taking orders every day now, even having to turn down bookings for next year already so all good. Also its such a great market to be in. Everyone you meet or talk to is happy. Hoping to be a kept man this time next year

.. yes there might be more than a little poker influence in there, we spent a lot of time on the design process and logo which I love. Anna"s coming up 14 now and entering the teenage dark years, wanting to watch horror movies, liking how goths look, her wardrobe is changing from the lights to the darks..its all good though. She"s amazing. We"re waiting on the first polo shirt samples to arrive.. website to officially launch.. and will be promoting Anna"s business at an APAT soon

I still have my green Betfair tshirt.. how ever many years on.. and it still burns the retinas whenever I open the wardrobe
