Well back from the first weigh in with good news. Week 1 saw a healthy loss of 10 Lbs ;D

The week 2 weigh in was last night and as expected a little normality was resumed from the 10lbs loss of week 1.

3 more pounds were lost this week so thats 13 in 2 weeks, pretty much on target.
