Just catching up on the above.

I agree the h4h is way too much on Boss. If Pokerstars can run a 10k player tourney, and only have h4h twice in that whole game (once on the money bubble, and again before FT) then why does Boss need to have 40 different occasions in a 200 player tourney? Total overkill. Will be something I bring up with them again.

As for the "full throttle swearing" that MintTrav mentions above, I thought it was almost impossible to swear on Boss? I"ve not seen a swear word in the chatbox that has made it past the filter for ages, though I guess you could use a creative way of spelling them? If someone complains (to support) about a particular player, that player"s chat-log is checked. If they were seen to be needlessly rude then they will be chat banned. The ban system works like this.

1st offence = 1 week ban.
2nd offence = 1 month ban.
3rd offence = permanent ban.

I didn"t particularly appreciate the very un-APAT like chat box comments from one particular London player when I busted him. Having stuck his stack in on the flop as a ~15% underdog and lost, his tirade was just out of order and unnecessary.

Would love to come across one of these numpties at a live table and to see them shoot similar abuse. Never gonna happen though - they"re never that brave.

He was at it again last night, called someone a reetard   I threatened to report him if he continued and Sef told him he was out of order and should chill out. He went out very soon after

Yeah I saw that last week as well, you bumped him with AA v AK and then he went with the verbal   shame he"s not learned the APAT spirit, hopefully he will after a few warnings

Congratulations to the Champions from the Country that is Scotland on your repeat victory. The County that is Yorkshire fought hard for 2nd place and well done to the South West on taking 3rd place from the West Midlands at the death.
  Proud to say Tony Trippier finished first individually and wins (another   ) GSOP seat.

I would also like to say a big Thank-You to all of the players who regularly rallied to play for the West Midlands in this League this year. We had a great turnout last night when 3rd place was a real longshot and that keeps the League fair to everyone who is trying to win something at the end. If you join a team, then play out the whole season and don"t drop out when you can"t win. 

 Hope all you APATers have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.......but beware......The BCPC are coming to get you in Luton in January !!
