Much as I am pleased to be part of a pretty top notch team, I didnt think I would get the honour of skippering.  As I mentioned (when Jo peer pressured me into joining the team) I am away for probably at least two weeks, and maybe even three.  I dont want to disappoint so if she really wouldn"t mind I would like to pass the virtual armband over to Jo, who I am sure will "coax" the team into being ready each and onto glory!
