Eck just lost 5k when he shoved over the top of a Mateyboy shove for, well, 5k and got Naz Wrigley to fold JJ. Eck"s AK flopped the Ace, but Mateyboy"s 3-3 four-flushed to take the pot.

As the room plunges into a kind of semi darkness, players from Table Dark are told they can more to Table Light.

Matt and I think this is actually the darkest casino we"ve been in. It is a lovely casino, but a bit more light in the playing area would be appreciated!

Phil TC has just doubled up when he flopped a set of Kings.

However, he did just accidentally give Lucy Amos a nosebleed so he is in trouble now...

Phil TC is up to 31k.

G-Mac has doubled up to 10k (he was down to a rather small 5k stack) with 55 against AA when he flops his 5. Some check-call wizardry sees him get all the chips in the middle.

Grant Speirs is mounting a serious defence of his title. He just knocked out someone who we think is William Kelly after raising A2dd preflop and shoving the T-5-2 flop. His opponent called with A-K and Grant naturally hit trips on the turn to settle it.

45k for the defending champion...

The mateyboy who Eck lost the A-K hand against has bust. We think he was Mark Lockhart.

The predicted rash of exits appears to be happening as one more of the Stockton Massive has bust.

Guess who?

Some photos of the action:

Eck has just doubled up with TJ on a flop of Q98. mateyboy had KQ. Turn x, river was a King to give mateyboy 2 pairs. All the chips hitting the middle at that point. Eck up to 25k.

Still in. She just called an all in for 5k of her 7k stack with A-K preflop. He had J-J. She flopped a King.

Simples!
