Plans going astray
« on: October 16, 2012, 10:02:54 AM »
I thought I"d get involved in the online APAT games this week.
I have little idea how to play Omahahahaha and even less about stud but since I was already planning on playing some satellites on DTD it seemed a good idea.

So I downloaded the software, created a new account, made a deposit and then, with the APAT poker room open I attempted to also open DTD...

It can"t be done  :( >:( :(

maybe if i use two computers... one using t"internet tethering on the phone and one on the home router...

otherwise I guess I"ll just have to forego the joys of omahahahahaha and stud - i would have been the "value" anyway

The problem there is you could be opening up a can of worms in terms of multi-accounting etc. Even though your intentions are honourable I don"t think I would risk it, even if you are just playing in tournaments exclusive to each "skin"

indeed

it was a somewhat tongue in cheek suggestion tbf and would make it very tricky tonight what with wanting to watch the football as well and needing to be in the wrong room for that if even if i were brave enough to evict my wife from the computer desk...

The majority of DTD sats are also available on the APAT room.
APAT Online is on Grosvenor Poker. Down the software from http://www.apat.com/grosvenor-poker

The only ones I can see at the moment on the APAT room are for the CPP - I"m not bothering with those ;)

The feeders for tonight"s £500 and the 2seats guaranteed for the £150 and £500 are showing on the DTD skin

Ah, good point. Yeah, I mean the CPP ones (and other big ones in the future).

We don"t (currently) have the satellites for their standard games. Maybe it"s something we could look at for the future?...
