Online Series - Chinese Open
« on: March 28, 2008, 22:59:19 PM »
The next event of the APAT Online Series; the Chinese Open, will take place on Saturday March 29th at 8pm.

The event can be found through the Tournaments / Specials / APAT tab on the Blue Square client, for an entry fee of $10 + $1.

Players will start with a 5,000 chip deepstack, with the top nine scoring APAT ranking points and the top three securing APAT gold, silver and bronze medals.

The Blue Square poker client can be downloaded from the home page of www.apat.com

Good luck to all participating players!

The thing about these Chinese Opens is once the tournament is finished you want to play in another one ten minutes later.

OK, a comedy basic, but someone had to say it.  You should know I already had my coat on when I typed that out.

I"m at DTD tonight, so won"t be playing unfortunately.  I can"t even play on their laptops either, as it won"t let you play on BlueSQ.  Probably a good thing though, as people would be Peking at my cards...

I"m out in 94th and deservedly so, don"t know how I lasted so long after playing the worst poker I think I"ve ever played sober.   ;)

Hopefully I"ll remember how to play in time for the Regionals on Saturday.

oh welll, played like a moron and donked out early having played far too many stupid hands weakly....

....but, whilst on BSQ, played the $33 MTT at 7pm, with 201 runners, and came 2nd for $934!  Made up for the APAT nightmare game.
