One for Thursday perhaps?

Labour to win Rotherham By-Election, currently at 1/8. (Edit: 1/5 on Ladbrokes)

Labour have held this seat with a huge majority in every election since taking it from the Tories in a 1933 By-Election (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotherham_%28UK_Parliament_constituency%29).

Does anyone with any sort of interest in politics, know of any reason why labour shouldn"t win this?

Load of bad publicity this weekend with the whole Foster Parents thing. Could see a big protest vote for UKIP. By elections often have crazy results especially in an area like Rotherham

After the first bet (Ladbrokes) all my others have been on Paddy Power, but I think most online sites cover a whole host of "obscure bets".

No science behind it, just that after watching the first 30 mins I can"t believe that either team is good enough to keep the other team out.

Phew, I was beginning to think that I had mis-read that one and that neither team were good enough to score!

3 bets in....up to £19.99. Cliftonville won it for me in the NI Premier. Then 2 snooker bets with Dominic Dale and then Stephen Macguire doing the business!

I"m currently trying to satellite into this event via my paddypower account!

I"ve placed my £2.20 on a tennis match. A win will give me £11.00

If this happens I will stick to bets close to 1/10 odds.

(I bet on a horse that was a dead cert once........... It never finished the race! I advise you guys to not make the same bets as me!)
