Chezger hits vegas

Six members of the Chezger (and APAT) band of eejits fly out to vegas tomorrow (sat 5th April) for 8 days of fun and poker madness.

Me : "All round picture of sobriety"
Shogun: "Team leader and tourney specialist"
Technolog: "Scooby Scooby Dooo"
Dan 350Z: "Any windows need cleaning guv."
Slider: "What you looking at Yank eh eh eh"
Richeo: "Professional gambler and mentor/advisor/hand disecter to the rest"

I will be doing some sort of daily record (results, or lack of/cardroom appraisals etc) on the Chezger (our home game) forum, however I will cut and paste the jucier bits here.

It has been suggested that I post when sober so that will have to be within 2 hours of waking up

Nine Fine Irishmen by New York New York do a nice pint -- as does O"Brian"s so I won"t be short of a watering hole or two when taking a break from the poker.....

Its chezger and I would guess it means "chez" as in french for "at the home of" and Ger as in "the duke". So it probably means "the dukes home game"

But I"d wait for his reply

Well folks yesterday was a scream -- Myself , Shogun and richeo has a smooth trip planes on time, customs no sweat, immigration polite -- got in at 4:30pm ..... however

Slider: Got pulled over by customs and held for so long he missed his connection (seems another Andy Bailey is Public enemy No 1)  -- got in at around 10pm

Technolog: -- the pilot had to call the AA to change a tyre on his plane so delayed his take off -- arrived about 7pm

Dan 350Z: Missed his connection and arrived about 9pm

Didn"t play last night just had a few beers (Richeo of course was the exception and last heard was $300 up in a cash game.. we"ll see him on Sunday then -- lol)
