It"s network driven, so the tourney will have a registration criteria on it

Yes.

Raked hand:
A raked hand is one where you have contributed to the rake. That means you"ll either need to see the flop yourself, or have paid a blind and the flop is seen on that hand (whether or not you make it as far as the flop). Hands that are taken down pre-flop are not raked.
