No, it"s totally cool and appreciated. I"ve never run anything like this before, so feedback/input defintiely welcome!

As posted above, I may have to change structure/timings to make sure it all finishes on time, and depends on how many tables we can get. If we could get 4 in one place, that would make the whole thing massively quick But, if we can only get one, then a major format rethink will be required!

Following on from my silver medal in the APAT Wakeboarding Championship, I"ll obviously be keen to have a go at this, so long as the clubs and safety equipment are provided.

Hi Wayne, I"ll put you down as first reserve. It"s 99% likely that some players won"t turn up (hangovers), so I reckon turn up on the day and you"ll almost certainly get to play.

Aye, it"s just that it"s looking like BO3 this early in the tourney is going to make the whole thing 3 > 3.5 hours. Still, if we finish at 1.30pm that gives an hour to get back to hotel and then to casino = doable. And of course, everyone who hasn"t qualified for the QFs can head off after the RR round if they like.

An alternative format would be:

2 leagues of 8 players each.
Everyone plays 2 games vs each other. 1 point for a win. 0 for a loss.
Top 4 from each league progress to QFs.

I"ve got to dash out now, but if someone could work out how many games that is in total, I"d very much appreciate it! (if not, I"ll do it on my return later).
