Still up for this and I hope we manage to get this going.
We could maybe use ( although it would maybe be stepping on APAT toes ) the home games section on stars?
I also would be able to get a few other players from my area to play.

The seat to a GPS sounds good ( I would then have 2 seats  ;D ) and a 50% interest in it sounds good.
And maybe we could get a live game between us at a venue that suits us all??
