Only just about made it to the 3rd level. Key hand at 25/50 - UTG limps, I make it 225 UTG+1 with AKo. Lady flats the button, SB makes it 450, UTG flats, I flat, button flats. I contemplated the 4 bet but decided to small ball it. The flop comes A J 8, two spades, we have the K of spades. We check call the SB"s 700. Turn is an off suit 4. We check, Villain bets 2,100. We jam with about 6.8K behind and he called AJ and we don"t win.

He can turn up with all sorts here after the weird pre flop min, expect to see AQ plenty.

Have about 1K which I eventually get in when UTG limps, button limps, sb limps, and I jam the bb in the first hand of 100/200 with K8. EVERYBODY calls. We flop an 8 but random hand number 2 has the 910o and flops a 10, bets flop and everyone else folds. Couldn"t find another pair.

Next week, we have the £25XXL on Wed and the Super 50 on Friday.

Another close run but couldn"t win the all important hands at the death. Fun hand of the tournament at 150/300. Limp utg, limp utg + 2 from two guys who were literally limping and playing every hand. I iso AJhh from cut off to 1425. Only limper no. 2 calls.  Q 10 2 rainbow, he check calls 1950. 4 on the turn, check check, bringing club flush draw. River is another 4. He bets 2500, we dwell hero and beat the J 9.

Same guy got up to +100K quickly and punted the lot off almost as quickly. I got up to 60K ish without a whole lot of trouble and won some small 60/40"s. We got into shove mode and lost KQ
Variance in these tournaments is so high. We can do as much as possible to reduce it but in the end you just have to string hands together at the right moment. I am not going to keep saying it but the standard in all these tournaments makes me just want to play every day. On the other hand you can easily brick 15 tournaments and the outlay can add up.

As the DTD schedule was changed, we have some refunds. I have had to cancel my bank card due to some fraudulent activity on my account yesterday. I can ship refunds via stars/tilt or a bank transfer once my account is sorted.

I can"t play much in the next couple of weeks. Just the next two XXL £25 on Wednesdays. If people are happy to then can roll over the money we were going to use for the £50 Six max.

Let me know, can send refunds on Stars/Tilt straight away if needed.

FYI - DTD have changed the schedule this week to all ISPT satellites.

I am going to move the last event on this stake to the following Wednesday (29th May) for the £25 XXL.

I will assume fine with all.
