By far the best structured and organised poker i have played in and great value for money. The standard of play is high and you could easily fill double the amount of seats if the casinos had room. This is my first year of playing in APAT events and i will definetly be playing as many as possible next season.13 - HAVE YOU PLAYED AT AN APAT LIVE EVENT AND IF SO, WHAT WAS MOST MEMORABLE ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE?
I have played in most of this years regionals at the Gala Maybury, Edinburgh. I also faired quite well in this years Scottish and Irish National Championships. The best thing about these events is the friendly banter and the great atmosphere. It also has the feel of the poker tournaments I watch on TV, which is pretty cool! Without the massive buy ins!14 - WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN INTERESTS OUTSIDE OF POKER?
I have played, and been a fan of, basketball (LA Lakers fan) since i was 12 and i took it very serious for a long time. I still play competitively for a wee club called Dumbarton Dodgers.
