Steve Redfern down - ran into Aces was as much as we could get out of him!

Steve goes in 18th place.....he thought, with his cash in the PLO and in todays ME, that he has equalled John Murray"s record of 13 APAT cashes....until John casually reminded him he cashed in the team event so he remains one ahead of him 14-13! I believe these are as per the Hendon Mob database of cashes.

TBF to Steve John has played in every Irish team there is since 1922...

Brian Jones and Carl Pilgrim out in quick succession....Carl falling to the seemingly unstoppable Chris Webber, who is threatening to run over this event

As my boy went out a while back I"d be happy to see either Chris or Dwayne topping the charts.   :)

Paul Taylor commits his stack with 22, called by Chris Webber who shows KJ - board runs A3A68 and Paul doubles through Chris.

A bad run of cards and flops has left Dwayne Stacey low stacked - under 100k - and he has had to build that back up.

We are just into Level 18 - blinds are now 5k/10k/1k

Dwayne Stacey down....a rude deal sees chips flying into the middle of the table from all angles - when the dust has settled, Matt Roberts and Dwayne Stacey are all in, covered by Andrew Cunningham-Brown

Dwayne shows KK

Matt shows AJs

Andrew shows AA

Matt in desperate shape - but he manages to find a flush and stay alive - Andrew down to 120k and Dwayne down in 13th

Barrie Cullen down as his QQ runs rhino like into the AA of Antony Spillings, who now looks to be the chippy of the tournament

Mark Porter making moves....

his latest pot was him raising to 20k and getting calls from Chris Webber and Paul Taylor.

The flop showed 88Q - undeterred Mark fires 28k into the middle which generates folds Chris and Paul.

Andrew Cunningham-brown just out in 11th position.

Playing a little over 150k, he reraised Steve Mooney all in holding  Jh 3c.  Mooney tanked for a while and called, showing  Ac Qh

The board didn"t help Andy and we"re now on the final table bubble.

Take out the (non-open) team events and I"d be ahead of both of em!!
