Good morning to you all to a final day of the APAT Euro Champs from a rainy Prague.  18 runners and still 3 members of the "team" players left in.

John has a bad draw - seat 3 but Ger and Richard have a few hands to settle in.

What would you do????

would you ship as soon as you get half decent cards, or do you sit tight and let the roll go, but hope that others are eliminated in the meantime and thus increase the winnings?

We would like to hear from you?

Just shove and call the correct ranges, it"s not very hard at this point.

Basically you have done the hard work, now you just need to get lucky and you have to give yourself a chance to do it.

Is Rodders the only one with any thoughts to my question?

1 more position then the cash goes up again - only by 24 Euros but the ladder must be climbed

And that"s how fickle the cards can be.

Ger, Rich and John all start the day in a similar position.  THe deck smacks Rich and John in the face and sends them both over the 120k mark, yet Ger doesn"t get that bit of luck.

In answer to your question Presty, it"s all relevant to the individuals perception of the money being played for.

The "real" cash is in the top 4 places, but there might be players that are influenced by the minor pay jumps.

For me, I"d be looking to get my chips in.  Helps if you get hands like John and Rich have, but Ger"s spot is a pretty obvious one, just unlucky to run into the Q"s

And the John Murray 3 way pot reported above AK v AQ v AQ saw John stacking up around 150k in chips.

Yeah, it"s a shove though for sure. Most of the time you just pick up the blinds and antes which is fine and when you do get called you are never in that bad a spot with that hand. Like I said earlier it is about giving yourself the chance to get lucky, eitehr by picking up some premiums yourself or not running into one (or binking when you do).

Come on Rich and John.
