I have a coral acc already, so am I fooked??

I already had a Coral account. I downloaded the software from the APAT microsite and overwrote existing software... Registered a new account using all the same details as my existing account (except user name), then deposited using same debit card as used on my existing account.  No problems at all.

I tried all that then it said "Account already exists with the same IP connection". Annoying. Might have to wait for the reservations next week.

Hi Joe, I will ask my contact @ Coral what can be done here. Can you PM me your old Coral account details? (username or nickname is fine). (I will PM you to ask same, in case you don"t see this)

Paulie, Steve R (and anyone else with the same issue): Please can you reload the software when you get a chance, and see if the logo is displaying correctly now? Thanks :)

Has nobody problems with paying by debit card? I paid one tim 300£ and now coral tells me i can"t pay in more because of an error with my card... another friend of jine tried it with his Card and he can not pay anything..
Is it a major problem or just a german thing?! ...

Hi Stefan, please can you contact support and let them know your problem. Their contact details are on our help page here: http://www.apat.com/online/help.php

Or, as you are overseas, rather than use the phone number probably the quickest way to get support is to use the "Live Help" feature. To access that, select "Online Support" from the lobby. Someone should answer within a few seconds.

Let me know how you get on.

First world problem strikes again, apart from reserving a seat with a fiver is there any other way off buying in.

What is your first world problem?

Can you not download Coral?

I have a Mac

Sorted, no need to download on the MAC have found the flash site

Hi Paul, have you already signed up for Coral via their site to use the Flash version? If not, please can you sign up via a link I will give you, rather than visiting Coral direct.

If you sign up at Coral direct, you will unfortunately not be able to play any of our Exclusive APAT tourneys. I have sent you a PM with the link.

b00000m. Thanks :) Looks good, doesn"t it? :D

Note to all: In order to play the upcoming exclusive APAT games, you will need the APAT version of the software. You won"t be able to play them via the Coral version. So please check, as Steve has above, that your version of the software comes with the APAT logo. Thanks :)

ah lol, so it was there? You just didn"t spot it due to the blue camouflage? aye, we"ve had to go for a blue logo for online in order to fit in with Coral"s branding, and the blue colour of their room.

Do you have to open a different account via the link? Just logged in and can see the schedule.

Yes, although APAT games will be visible on Coral, you won"t be able to buy-in to most of them. You will only be able to do that if you are accessing it via an account created from our site: http://www.apat.com/online

So how do those of us that already have a coral account buy in?

Are you saying we have to have a coral account linked to APAT to be able to play future online APAT games?

What if we are already signed up to Coral"s through another affiliate and wish to remain loyal to that affiliate as we have a great deal with them? Are we then excluded from future APAT events?

You can download again from: http://www.apat.com/online/ and set up a new account. Any problems, please PM me.

Some games we will open to the whole Coral network, but other games will be exclusive to APAT (e.g. value added games, the upcoming National Online League, National Online Cup, etc.)

What if we are already signed up to Coral"s through another affiliate and wish to remain loyal to that affiliate as we have a great deal with them? Are we then excluded from future APAT events?

Unfortunately, we"re obviously not able to award added value games to players who haven"t signed up through us.
