Four intrepid travellers from Chezger braved the snow and the traffic to arrive at the pub in the midlands to play the BCPC Christmas extravaganza. Now, there were people stuck with the snow but nothing as trivial as that can keep Chezger from fulfilling their fixtures.

Damn glad we did too. BCPC are a great bunch of lads and we had a right laugh. The game was as usual a roller coaster for me, I was all in in the first level  FFS. (well I did have the nuts LOL). Chezger had three on the final table, I was first out at that table when a well timed short stack shove turned into a badly timed short stack shove.

We had a funny SNG while they were battling out the final table and myself and the wee man chopped it heads up. Giving Brian a lift home with his son lying across us in the back seat was epic comedy.

A big thank you to Brain for organising the game and a HUGE thank you to the BCPC for the hospitality and craic.

Good people, great atmosphere, priceless.

LOL the other day when trying to rail Dave Green I loaded PKR -- it took forever - I got another update today and that took ages, it is really a hungry application. However I find that I have $69 in my account, therefore I will play the $22 in 5 minutes.

I hated the site before - will I fall in love with it now  ::)

Woke up at my usual time this morning and whilst it was not as cold as yesterday, it was still fecking freezing. Had a quick shower and tripped downstairs to put on the iron (I tend to iron my shirts on demand). It was cold downstairs so I popped on my Chezger jacket over my bare torso so that I could check out the car. It wasn't too bad, I mean yesterday it was rock solid and took ages to scrape clear. This morning it was relatively clear.

I switched on the engine to warm up the car and slipped back inside to make a cup of coffee. Yes I know it is technically illegal to leave your engine running while you are not in the car, but hey it was cold. I had a nice cup of coffee, checked the wee man was still alive after his University night out and set off for work.

As usual there were the usual muppets who can't drive, won't drive and it took me a wee bit longer to get to work, a small touch of frost and they lose their ability to steer. Parked up in the car park and wondered in. At my desk I unzipped my jacket and quickly zipped it back up again, turned round and headed back to the car.

I had forgotten to put a shirt on!
