I didn"t realise that it was the first day with that contraption when we nipped round on Friday! I still don"t understand why you refuse to use it indoors - thought that was the reason people invented them :)

Wee Man was awesome in the gig, especially as he was saying that he couldn"t sing, bloody liar! Let us know when the next one is please, and we"ll be there with bells on.

It's not getting any easier, I have problems sleeping and I wake up with a headache. No, I am not drinking to forget the cigarettes; I have not been drinking much at all over the last few days. I have not had a cigarette for nigh on 6 days and to be fair I am not a happy bunny. It is not showing at work, I hide it well.

One half of my brain is dancing a party and taunting me, the other half is trying to be sensible but to be fair is getting battered. Perseverance is the key..

Day 6 and still off em.........

Did you know Carr took up smoking again and died of lung cancer in 2006? Sort of funny...... but not!

My home phone never rings, no-one knows the number and I never use it at all. So when it rings it is usually a cold call trying to sell me something that I don't want. Tonight it has been ringing off the fecking hook, damn near every half hour.

Then I twigged, I have made arrangements to move away from BT and lump all my eggs into one basket, broadband, calls & line rental with another supplier at a saving of approx £40 a month. So I reckon it is BT trying to woo me back.

I decided to answer it a little while ago thinking a nice human person will be on the other end pleading with me to stay and offering me no end of sweet discounts etc.

Nope it was fecking automated, a disjointed voice telling me they are sorry to see me go and to ring this number. Oh get a life and feck right off...
