So Mars have disowned the deep fried version of their famous bar "as it does not fit the company"s promotion of healthy living" BBC

So a product containing rennet, a chemical from calves" stomachs, some delightful E numbers and is 13% of your calorie allowance, is healthy.

An HP colour and black ink multi-pack, which would print 190 pages, costs £34.99. An HP All-in-One printer, copier and scanner is currently available for £24.97 (with usually enough ink to print 2 pages  ;D ).

This makes the ink seven times more expensive than a vintage bottle of Dom Perignon champagne.  8)

Everyone knows printer manufacturers don"t make money from printers, it"s the consumables..well I though everyone knew.

One should also never buy consumable straight from the manufacturer either.

I use these people at work (http://www.cartridgepeople.com) and get cashback.

Sometimes, certain people should make sure that their brains are engaged before they open their mouths.

Case in point is Judge Peter Bowers whose statement in court during a burglary case beggars belief.

"It takes a huge amount of courage, as far as I can see, for somebody to burgle somebody"s house. I wouldn"t have the nerve."

WTF and this week a couple were arrested and held in custody (later told no charges would be brought) for discharging a legally held shotgun at burglars in their house. Quite fecking right IMO on both counts - shooting at them and not being prosecuted.

I have banged on about this before but as far as I am concerned if you enter my house without my permission you leave any rights you think may have had at my front door.

Off to Scotland tomorrow for the final stage of a year long project installing Voice picking. Now the project has been delivered on time and below budget. I wonder if I could swing some of the surplus cash for a celebratory piss up to mark the momentous occasion.

Probably not but however Tuesday night could be very interesting..

Back from Scotland in one piece and the 12 month long project is complete. So it"s relax and monitor in the run up to Christmas. Our IT Director left today so I expect a shake up in the department, should be interesting.

The skip arrives on Saturday for the big cleanout in preparation for the Chezger Fest. If it isn"t nailed down it is going in the skip. The children have been warned and pictures of Marie in the skip looking for stuff should be epic. I have the week off next week and when skips are around I am ruthless  ;D
