Came downstairs this morning and the wee man was awake and on the laptop.

"WTF, a student awake at 7am" says I
"Yes, just putting the finishing touches to my dissertation" says he
"When has it to be in" says I
"Thursday" says he

Well I was more than a little proud that the wee man had taken the time to finish his work off in order to electronically submit it early. This had probably been a labour for a while and he was making sure that he had it right as it counts towards his final marks. Impressive..

"Good man, when did you start this masterpiece" says I
"Last night" says he

Priceless................

The morning before last I awoke and saw that the wee man was in his bed. Now most of you would not consider this worth noting. That it is normal for people to be in the bed. Not the wee man.

For the last good while he has been kipping on the couch. Why? Because he is a lazy wee Shiite and cannot be assed to get up and go to bed so he flops on the couch.

Was this a new Ger..

Was it feck.

His sister had come in pi$$ed and fell on the couch in a coma so he had to go to his own bed.  ;D

She must get it from her mother  ::)

Jeremy Clarkson has been ordered to reopen a footpath through his property after a public inquiry on the Isle of Man.

Arrived at Manchester Airport and had the minimum of fuss at the security gate. That is a first for me by the way. Hit the bar and have now started to lubricate the throat.

I am really looking forward to this trip and about the only disappointment is the lack of numbers from this side of the canal. I understand the reasons why and I will do my upmost to uphold the drinking side of the trip.
