Surely Coventry will have to be moved (the event, not the city). It won"t be a proper APAT without His Royal Dukeness. FACT.

Double gutted now to have missed out on the chance for beers last Friday night, although the Luton game was an absolute pleasure to take part in. Will have to make sure that I"m in Spain now for sure. Can"t Carl come up with some technological wizardry to sort it so you can come? Like Jack says it wont be the same  :(

As for the songs..

Nostalgia = Your "wow" song.. Vienna will always bring back memories of my first ever APAT back in Season errm 2, will never forget it, first APAT, first cash and some amazing memories thats had me hooked ever since.

The "wow" factor = Bon Jovi "Wanted". First album I ever bought. Still gives me goosebumps :)

Sadness = Its a close run thing for
a) Any of Stu"s slipknot numbers especially that "classic" which he loves to have on repeat at our home games to put me on uber tilt "people = sh*t".. oh my :(
b) "You are my destiny" by Lionel Richie. My "first dance" wedding song with my ex. Puts me on slighter more tilt than slipknot. Bad times. And slightly ironic  :-\

On the subject of silly marketing ploys.

In morrisons they have a beer on offer. £9 a crate or 3 crates for £18. At the bottom of the label its says "maximum of 2 per customer"

Hmmmm

Received a copy of the "Yellow Pages" through the door today. It went in the bin. What a waste of money as who reads hard copy directories these days.

So the clocks went back last night. Didn't really think about it, to be honest. Besides the obvious getting dark earlier there is no real difference in my life. I mean the clock radio is DAB so it changed for me. My phone changed automatically, my PC changed automatically and the sky+ box did its thing. The only devices that had to be changed were the one on my wrist and the central heating.

It takes the fun out of life..........
