In 15 minutes,  Shop, Burger King

A bit of a football afternoon I suppose  :-\

Then Dr Who

Then the mighty Eurovision  ;D (Ireland are second favourites FFS)

Going to be a couch day then....  8)

I get up each morning, gather my wits.
Pick up the paper, read the obits.
If I"m not there I know I"m not dead.
So I eat a good breakfast and go back to bed.

Oh, how do I know my youth is all spent?
My get-up-and-go has got-up-and-went.
But in spite of it all, I"m able to grin,
And think of the places my get-up has been.

So the countdown to Killarney begins

Thursday evening - Jack arrives at my place
Plans - Aquarium for the donktastic rebuy and copius amounts of drink, followed by an excursion into the delights of Chester (Platinum lounge beckons with their "escorts" from Eastern Europe*) get to bed at stupid o"clock

Friday
Plans - Crawl from the pit just in time to shoot along the M56 to Manchester Airport, hit the bar and get a hair of the dog, arrive in a severe dishevelled state in the Kingdom county, dump the bags and do the half marathon of pubs.

Saturday
Plans - get a fecking boat and puke over the side, back to the town loads of drink and drunken poker

Sunday
Plans - Some quiz in a pub, drink the other half marathon of pubs

Monday
Plans - Somehow make the plane for the return - maybe.....

I have abandoned, buckled under, capitulated, caved in, ceded, conceded, consigned to oblivion, cried uncle,  given in,  let go, packed in, parted with, put up white flag, quit, relinquished, renounced, rolled over, submitted, succumbed, thrown in the towel, tossed it all in and yielded to the game that is poker. I am fed up with the asinine, batty, birdbrained, crazy, daffy, daft, dull, dumb, fatuous, foolhardy, foolish, harebrained, imbecilic, inane, insane, lunatic, moronic, senseless, silly, squirrelly, thick-witted, unintelligent game that has me tilted.

That is all.......
