I"ve said it before and I will say it again, Julia Bradbury would seriously tempt me to take up walking.  8)

Sooooo, in Dawns eyes, is Jack Leicestershires male answer to Julia...?

Just asking...

Only worry if he suggests a canal walk...

Maybe be thankful he"s not into Mountain Biking. I"m getting Amanda into it a bit at a time...  :D

Today was a good day, work toddled along and it is all coming together.

Last night's Chezger was funny with the odd couple finishing heads up (never in doubt with those two luckboxes).  I enjoy those games because it is light hearted with the right amount of competitiveness to make it interesting. More people would be nice, it is good fun, join the face book group if you want to play. FACEBOOK

Vegas is getting discussed more and more in conversations these days both virtual and actual. It is going to be an epic trip and I am planning Ger's 21st for the Friday. It won't be a big do just a few beers in good company and of course all travellers are welcome. I will be in consultation with the APAT travel guru about the venue (no pressure Paulie) and input from the other Vegas food and drink connoisseur, Stuart.

I can't remember any holiday I have looked forward to so much, the venue & the company are awesome.

As a treat to myself I will be playing the 6k gtd deepstack on 888 @ 7.30. If you"re passing by, my mellow mood might just tempt you to join in and go for my chips  ::)

Friday? Are you sure you want to have this quiet drink the night before the tourney we"ve travelled 1,000"s of miles with our A game for  ;D

Deb and I will not miss the wee mans do whatever you decide, but I was going to suggest for the Friday the Orleans $125 game which attracts 250+ every week. Big prize pool, 12,500K stacks and decent structure. Since I"ve cashed in it 3 out of 4 times I"ve played it must be pretty soft! Quiet poker nights in Vegas are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.

The main APAT.com website crashed at 8.30pm.  We"re currently investigating the cause but anticipate having to carry out essential maintenance at midnight.  That will require us to take the forum offline at that point also.

Apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Regards,

Des.

Feck my life I will have to go to bed early this night  ;D
