Watching Coast this evening, I think it is a great program, and in the episode they interviewed the lighthouse keeper in this photo.

Just WOW to be standing outside in that storm. He heard the helicopter, went for a look and said he did not expect such a big wave. LOL

I enjoyed the APAT game last night despite the aggresive levels. I was down to 2 BB"s at one stage but found myself luckboxing it to the final 5. My exit was inglorious however  ;D

I had  AQdd and raised pre

Matty (not Dale lol) shoved, now I thought his range was wide and I could not find a fold  ::)

of course he had AK

I am regged for the Hi/Lo tonight - easy chips  ::)

Had a goodly weekend when Dawn paid a visit whilst Jack is walking over mountains.

Friday was the donkfest that is the aquarium where I made the final table with over 80k in my stack only to lose it all in two hands AK v 66 flopped set and 99 v 55 turned set. This was followed by a drunken home game until OMG o'clock. Saturday was a nice steak followed by bowling followed by drinking with Dawn practising her hairdressing skills on Julie. Today will be a carvery followed by chilling.

Bowling

The wee man is working this week and while his friend's parents have been sharing the driving duties, ferrying the two boys to and from the train station, it is my turn tomorrow. I don't mind of course but it does mean dropping him off at the station at 6am. Problem is I never retire early, must give it a go...

He then moves out for his final year at Uni at the end of the week - will I miss the little shiite - you bet I will.

How far is he moving Ger? Is he going away somewhere, or staying around Liverpool?

Still trying to think of something amusing to write in this bit.

I believe he"s moving to Chester city centre by the uni. Not far for Ger, but as the wee man doesn"t drive, a bit harder for him...

Oh, Phil...10 weeks!

Well work is manic at the moment and the week was hectic. I am off to Swindon tomorrow for the implementation of the new Warehouse Management System. So that takes care of those two days then.  ::)

So I am in need of a bit of R&R before I go, soooo it"s off to the aquarium tonight to cause havoc.  ;D

Aquarium was, well what it is. Bumbled along on starting stack for ages then with the blinds 400/800 and about to go to 500/1000 and I have 11k, Charlie bets 4k and I know he is light. I have A8 suited and shove. Charlie tanks (he has 10k back) eventually after 5 days he calls and he shows 9 6. Of course a 6 duly arrives and I am at the bar.

Off to Swindon shortly I will be able to watch the first half of the England game and as expected Argentina come firing out of the blocks early.
