Oh and the funny part of Friday was while we were in the Bull in Yarm, Ascot was on and Wigmo reckons this horse will win. Well it was 14/1 then went to 16/1 so no hope you eejit. It won at 20/1 and no money had been placed :)

The horse was WAS (see what I did there)

Don"t know who was worse - me for keeping the "Mayor of Yarm" front going in the casino or the dealers for falling for it....

Survived the first night in Jaxie Towers, wall to wall food and Mohito's and Daquari's (sp). Exceptional hosts and great company. Ran my normal goodness in the League last night and eventually donked out 40th when 88 < JJ.

Today could be much of the same life is good.

Back from a wonderful couple of days in Jaxie towers. No more eggs Benedict, no more stuffed chicken wrapped in ham, no more soup and fennel bread, no more fry ups in the morning. Sigh beans on toast here we come.

Great people, Great times, priceless...

The Wee Man has been home for the last couple of days, good company. Anyway he says this morning that that he needs to head into Chester to pick up his Xbox and laptop. Remember, he has the flat in Chester until the end of July.

Me: "OK no problem, I'll drop you in, you thinking of staying here for a bit longer then"
Ger: "Yeah"

Now my ego says it's because he loves his Father, however the pragmatic, reasoning side says it's the free food and well stocked beer fridge...

Priceless...

So the feast of football is upon us, now I am not a great lover of the game of soccer but I must admit I will probably watch most of it. I have drawn Croatia in the APAT sweep and they are in the same league as Ireland. That means I can't put a few bob on them, that would be a bok too far.

I have also made my predictions for the first few matches and will back that up with some minor bets.

So today my predictions are.

Poland v Greece 5pm (BBC1 4:15pm)  DRAW
Russia v Czech Republic 7:45 (ITV1 7:15pm) DRAW

Getting 10/1 on the combination bet. with Bet-At-Home
