Day 3

Pro"s
I didn"t kill anyone
I didn"t lose my temper
However that took a bit of control.....

The cravings for a "real" cigarette is fecking huge.

Well done mate good job.

Loads of respect for anybody even making the effort on something like this.

No hassle...it"s the first 30 years after quitting that are the hardest. :)

I"ve missed this :)

Keep going mate, it will get easier, I promise. Even now in certain situations I get the odd craving and I quit nearly 7 years ago.

Day 4.

Went to the aquarium last night and tonight. Still haven"t touched a real cigarette, however I am puffing the shiite out of the e-cig.

Day 5,

Up at 4am this morning to put the two wee ones on the plane to Ireland for the week end. So far today I have had a haircut, had a coffee with my sister, done the shopping, washed all my work shirts, washed all the bath towels, demolished a full breakfast, changed the bed linen and washed the car (ok got it washed).

In this fun filled morning the only thing I did not do was smoke a cigarette.

To be fair, with the e-cig, things are not so bad. No sweats, headaches or suchlike and the disposition is still sunny.

Looking forward to a week in Portugal shortly with Ger, Marie and my good friend Paulie.

No one in the house and it"s been a day of horse racing on the TV. Not a winner yet, but there is still time.

Day 7
It"s still OK, no "real" cigarettes and not feeling any great urge. Must be down to the e-cig. Early days but so far so good.

Went out on Saturday night and had a few  ::) and didn"t succumb.
