AK into AA -- not a problem there
AQ into AJ -- standard J
AK into J9 --- JJK flop
QQ into 10 10 -- 10 duly arrives

No wonder Chezger failed to make day 2  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I make that £1.50 (first one wasn"t a whinge)

Last night I had a surreal cerebral moment. One of those moments that just take your breath away. You know the type, it is so incongruous to the moment, so alien to the situation, that you just can't believe it.

It was a moment as rare as rocking horse Shiite, as infrequent as filling a royal flush to a lower straight flush heads up for a WSOP bracelet.

At midnight last night my daughter was tidying and cleaning her room.

The end of the world is nigh I tell you.....

Did my ears deceive me or is the McDonald advert calling a pound a "bob"

A pound has never, never, ever been known as a "bob", a bob is one shilling, (in old money! ) or 5 new pence.

That was the time of the last post on the forum.

A quiet night then, no bad beats, no euphoric wins, no inane drivel from myself, no teases about S4.

Bloody hell not even a smiley face from Kinfishy.  ::)

One of the most annoying daily chores that I have at work is beginning to bug me just a little. I spend a lot of time going through my inbox deleting emails that I"ve received because I"m in the .cc list, but which have absolutely no relevance to me.

People use the excuse that the reason they copy me in is because they want to keep me informed of important information. That is a load of Bull, they copy me in so that, hopefully,  I can see that they are working and not spending their day on the internet.

Perhaps the worst example of this is when someone has used a company mailing list to send a message that was intended for only one small group, and as a consquence hundreds receive a message that"s of no relevance.

So what do some morons do?  They hit reply-to-all with history to point out that they shouldn"t have received it in the first place. Then I receive more irrelevant messages about a message that had no relevance in the first place.

Whatever you do don't start me on the plethora of meanless cliches and pointless jargon that adorn these messages, who do they think they are, David Brent.

e.g. In regard to the intention to "leverage" our investment, I intend to "reach out" to our customers in order to make sure they know "it is what it is". Furthermore after the communication went "viral"  it became a "game changer" and caused a "disconnect" with the "added value socialisation" of our core users.

We need to "circle back" and improve the "interface"  to make sure we "are on the same page" and "customer-centric".
Thoughts "outside the box" please

Regards etc etc

He fecking could have said.

"I fecked up, now give me ideas to fix it"

Priceless......

I"ve been in that room.  Has she surfaced yet or will you need to send in a search a rescue team?!  lol
