Coral Itokens for live tournaments

I was lucky enough to win a GUKPT seat on Coral last night and I have been credited with an Itoken.  Any idea how I go about using this for a live event?  Is it possible to transfer this to another player?

Hi Tom, to use for a live event you need to speak to support. I don"t believe you"ll be allowed to transfer it to someone else.

I got it sorted eventually Matt, but Coral support leaves so much to be desired.  I"ll support APAT by playing on Coral but I won"t be playing any satellites for live tournaments on there in future.

Sorry to hear that Tom. What was the problem? They"re usually pretty good (maybe got unlucky and got someone who was new to the job?)...

I won a seat to the GUKPT but there was no holding tanks on the software.  I contacted support, it took ages for the poker department to get back to me and initially they reigistered me for Day 1A in Edinburgh on Thursday past which was no use so I asked them to change it to Friday, it was all eventually confirmed Thursday afternoon but I wasn"t impressed.
