Not at all tight.

All his A10+ range beats us! as do all his Kx hands and a lot of the Qx stuff. We"re not beating much at all.

What is the bet on the river? for value? as a bluff? as a blocker bet?

Fold or 3bet pre. Villain has a stack size where a small 3b puts a lot of pressure on him. Peeling out of position is not likely to be profitable with effective stacks of about 23BBs.

Have no issues with turn and river bets (well, maybe river bet is arguable - any Villain tendencies?), as long as you knew what you were going to do against Villain action. Doubt he"ll make this move with a busted flush draw without having had a stab on flop or raised the turn. As played, guess you have to fold, it just looks like a value hand - KQ/KJ/KT or something like that. Even a dirty two pair like QT or QJ gets there.

Yeah dwh has nailed it really.
Probably just c/f river but not a fan of calling out of the SB here. It pays to be snug out if the SB, especially with these stack sizes.
Looking forward to making my first day 2

I was actually turning my two pair into a bluff on the river trying to rep a value bet with a King, my thinking that a lot of hands fold here that my two pair doesn"t beat.

However this player had been very active from all positions and did consider Ax to very possible in this situation so was not sure if it was too tight a fold.

Yes agree with the poor decision pre flop. Calling out of the small blind with hands like this is certainly a leak of mine.
