Just went to late reg after 15 mins and the tourney was cancelled. It didn"t even get the minimum 2 players?

Change the date to Sunday evening if possible. People play poker on Sunday and opening another table is not an issue. I would play most weeks, on Thursday I can be stuck in work or doing something else. Either way I am not going to play an online poker session and there is less incentive to open a single table.

Still trying to think of something amusing to write in this bit.

30 mins of late reg. left. 7 players battling it out. Let"s get a few more involved and generate some cash for 2nd! (or even a 2nd seat!) :D

I finally find time to play one of these and I get disconnected at least half a dozen times. Not really conducive to playing again  :(

Thanks all for playing - we had a respectable turnout of 12 runners. Congratulations to TheMJM (Mark Morris) for winning (again!!). n1cks33 was 2nd for £37.50. Don"t forget it"s all taking place again next Thursday! (and EVERY Thursday throughout Season 9).

Sorry to hear that. In order to rule out your own connection, did anyone else have any problems?

I think you"ve pinpointed a reason many wouldn"t want to play on Sunday night - opening another table, when you"ve a few on the go already, represents an issue. I think I"ll move the Private MTT from Wednesday to Thursday night though.. That way those who want to can fire up 2 games at once.

I only seem get these problems with Coral and G, all other sites are fine.

It"s not really an issue Matt, as I don"t use either site very often. I was just having a whinge after n1cks33 shoved UTG with KTo and four-flushed my PP while 4-handed...  :D  the disconnections obviously cost me chips throughout the tourney but not enough to seriously affect the result, just annoying.
