We just lost Ger...

I asked him what happened, and he said: "I got beat"

Simple...

Off to attack the cash tables I suppose...

I may be joining him soon... on the rail not at the cash table... Down to 7k... Lost a bit pot when I think we were bluffing each other but I did not have the kahunas to call all in on the river with A high... Feeling I was good though

Never stopped you versus ME!!!!

First couple of hands and we lose Richard Baker.

Seat 1 goes all in for about 5000 chips; Richard on the button reraises all in for a thousand more; blinds go out of the way.

Richard has AK, but is trailing seat 1"s AA.

Flop comes AK6 and Curly need running Kings... No miracle and Richard is left with 775.

Very next hand he goes all in; 2 callers check down a 872KK board.

The player on the button has TT and that beats Richard"s 9-7

Richard is now on the alternate list for the side event...

Philippe Lestrade, who seems like hcashing in almost every tournament he is playing, now plays a 36.000 stack.

On a  2h 3h 5s board, Philippe calls an all in with  Ah Kh for a flush draw, 2 overcards and an inside straight draw.
The player who is all has JJ.

Turn is a 4 and that gives Philippe the pot.

He now plays 36.000

Pokergirl An Blieck just told us she cracked kings with K9.

after a small raise and a call, An (on the button) decides to see a flop and throws an extra 600 chips in the pot.
Flop is J99 and An checks to the original raiser.

They get it all in at some point (unclear if it"s before or after the turn) but An doubles up and now has about 25.000

107 players left with a 26.000 average stack.

Tom Clark, the man who almost was a citizen of a real country, busted on table 8.

With A8 he raises preflop and gets 1 caller.
Both players check the A2A flop.

Turn is a K.
Tom bets 2000 and gets a call.

River is a Q.
Tom bets 6000, other player goes all in for 14k and Tom calls.

Opponent shows AQ

Then his last 7000 chips went in the middle on a coinflip. 77 for Tom vs AK.

A on the river and Tom is out.

With Tom gone, I think we only have 2 Brits left.

We have Matt Carter on table 12 and Paulie D on table 10.

There"s a new break in 30 minutes and we"ll be getting you their chipcounts asap.

On table 20 we still have Jan and An.

Jan is playing an healthy 75.000 stack. An has 25.000

Philippe Lestrade is out on table 12. His KK are beaten by QQ when his opponent hit a Q on the flop.
Philippe keeps betting his hand and calls an all in on the river. He thought his opponent missed his flush draw.

We also lost Bart Noyelle. In a 3-way all in he has QQ vs TT vs AK... Board is 9277T and the river card eliminates Bart from the tournament.

About half of the players are eliminated. 87 players remain with a 32k average.
During the break we"ll try to catch up with some of the top stacks.
