It doesn"t start until 8pm, and it will be up in plenty of time.  Blue Square are working on it as we speak.

It"s not on there yet.

I guess when it is on there, it will be under the satellites and specials headings?  Probably a restricted tournament with the same password as previously?

Blue Square have become APAT's first organisational member.  As such, their players will get a free APAT membership as part of our agreement, as have existing APAT members.

Hello Everbody :) I"m a newbie member so apologies for any dumb questions!

I signed up to APAT about half a year ago for £5... though I forgot what email address I used (as I have 2). Either way I just re-signed up using the free membership link using this username and the correct email address.

When registering on wednesday night will the forum details suffice or do I need to find out what i used when signing up a while back?

Am really hoping its not a sell out on wednesday night straight away! Would love to play this tournament the day after my birthday haha!

Also can we specify the best day to play during the payment process or after?

Cheers guys!

Hi Joshua.  We can utilise the email address that you signed up to the forum with.  You will be able to nominate your first day preference at the start of the payment process.

Does any1 no wot time u expect both the day ones to start

2.30pm sharp on all three days.

what time you expecting them to finish?

I think that will depend to a degree on the final number of runners.  But I would expect around the 1am mark on both first days, and 9pm on the final day.

if 300 runners are in the event and the structure is the same as before surely it will run longer than previous events?

the first one didnt finish till gone 11 ireland was about the same and they had much smaller fields
i would of thought 2 am would of been a better time to plan the finsih of the day 1 (obviously if down to 15 runners before then on day 1a you can stop the clock then)
the most important thing is that say 2 doesnt over run too much with people working next day or traveling you really dont want 50-60 people coming back for day 2 IMHO

I might be wrong, but I believe we were down to 20 runners from 150 by midnight in Dublin.  Running an additional level should see us down to 12 to 15 and ideally we will bring between 20 to 30 back on day three.

yeah 20-30 would be ideal

as i was in bed by midnight in dublin i cant comment but the 27 coming back in birmingham would be hard to work with but i think again that was an 11pm finish

so 1am might work  though i would prefer it if you stated before the event that you might run it an extra hour if needed so that if come 1 am on day 1a there is still 25 runners left you can go on without people claiming that this wasnt announced before the start

I agree with that Ironside

the important point here is to end the comp at a sensible time on the Monday evening

working back from that, if we need to play a level beyond 1am on either of the day 1s that sounds sensible to me

Hope they can sort out this qualifying. There should be more saterlites as the lottery is unfair . also all our aliases will be different???? i preferred pokerstars at least we new each other!

i am relying on the clickfest too

but as i am useless online i would struggle to quailfy online anyway

hoping there is still 250+ seats left
