Apologies as I had to go home for a while.  All names have now been received by Coral, however, Craig will not return to office until Wednesday this week but has said all "added value" will be sorted in time for Boxing Day betting!

Not sure Mike, but added value bets/tokens have a shelf life and state an expire date and if not used by that date will be lost - I"m aware some of them had a date of around 22nd Dec.
