WCOAP 2015 - Share Accommodation?

Greetings all.
I"m a poker dealer from Coventry, male, 44yrs & I am planning to play 13/14 events at WCOAP 2015 & was wondering if anyone else was planning a similar trip down from Sat 28th-Mon 6th. I"m travelling down from Leicestershire (by train) and was wondering if anyone was interested in meeting up & maybe sharing some accomodation nearby to Aspers, Stratford.

I don"t know if this is any good to you but i"m there from Sunday 29th to Monday 6th (Tuesday if I make it to day 2 and do well in the main event!) and i"ve opted to stay in a hostel which may have beds left. It"s not a bad little place and it works out to be £90 for the 8 nights. Would be good to share a room with at least one other person on a similar poker/sleep schedule or if you can make me a better offer...

Thanks Chris, liking the price & good location too. With Holiday charging over £800 for 9 nights & Travelodge charging over £625, I may well take your suggestion up. Just going to have a little bit more of a browse over the Internet before I book my accommodation. Plus see if anyone else who might be considering the same as us.

Might do something similar but only looking for accommodation from either Wednesday or Thursday until the Monday.

After a bit of browsing online, I"ve found a very nice, modern one bedroom apartment less than 3 miles from Aspers on Upton Lane. The living/kitchen room has 3 single futon beds (1 slide out bed). The bedroom has a double bed in it. Ideally looking for a couple and one other to share or 3 single to share. Total cost for 9 nights is £1,080 so only £270 per person (£30 per person per night). The local Holiday Inn is charging around £800 per person for 9 nights so this looks excellent value.
So if any fellow APAT players who are looking to stay the whole week (or most of the 10 day festival) & will consider sharing this apartment, please reply in this thread.

That actually sounds worth the extra to be honest. Especially considering the fact I can eat and sleep better. I have plenty of time to cancel at the hostel so if 2 more are interested then i"d be happy to join you.

Great location, modern facilities and excellent value.
Looking to book up in next day or so, will also required payment via bank transfer before I go ahead & book.
