Hi APAT. I know you guys are based all over the UK, so for most a one day event in Newcastle wouldn"t be practical. But for those close by who want to get involved and do there bit for charity, this thread will let you guys know what to expect throughout the day on the last Saturday in May (30th May) should you make the visit to Genting. Win, lose or draw it'll be an absolutely fantastic day and I'm sure everybody involved will enjoy it. See below the itinerary;

The event is in aid of Sean McGuigan who is taking part in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2015. This involves rowing the Atlantic, but that's the easy bit. First of all he needs to raise awareness and cash just to get on the water, being a good friend of mine I have of course been as supportive as possible of Sean achieving this goal and helping out where possible with fund raising. When Sean is finally over the water he hopes to have raised over £100,000 for North East based charity St. Clare's Hospice and the North East branch of the Alzheimers Association.
There will be a 30 team cap (150 players), which I am convinced will be met so captains round up your teams and get registered ASAP so as not to miss out. You can register at any Genting casino cash cage (ideally paying full amount but a deposit would be fine) and please message me or post in this thread with your team name, the five players and delegated captain.
A wide spread of cash games running all night including no limit hold'em, pot limit omaha and perhaps dealers choice with various stakes upon request. The bar will be offering various drink offers.
