I think Chris lost the minimum he could in that hand... I suspect I would loose all my chips.

But I guess that"s why he"s a top online MTT player, with a gazillion dollars in prize money... and I"m not!

Like Alan said, I"ll go with what Chris does there!

Not too keen on emilialee"s play there, but what would I know?

early position = All in pfr.
middle  position = All in pfr.
late position = All in pfr.

early MTT stage = All in pfr.
middle MTT stage = All in pfr.
Late MTT stage = All in pfr.

passive table = All in pfr.
agressive table = All in pfr.

But.. ummm I guess this why i"ll never be gud enough to make it passed the freerolls. Happy just taking blinds!

But what do you think to how the hand played out , emilialee is tight passive so what range would you put emilialee on to call the turn ? then check the river ? and vice versa if you held 66 out of position how would you play post flop, turn and river ?? against the big blind raise . How would you perceive it , a steal or what range of cards would you put the big blind on ?

pot control was good

As emilalee is tight passive then preflop I would say he was limp calling the raise with something like 22-JJ,AJs,AQ,KQs,TJs.
Tiny lead bet into flop as the pre-flop caller...hmmmm - not really sure what I would put him on. As he tends not to bet much (being passive) I would probably be thinking big hand like 88, or maybe TJd something like that, or A9s if that squeezed into his preflop range.
I would consider underpair but would not put this as that likely.

Once Moorman raises (which is small raise relative to pot) and emilialee flat calls it I would probably have ruled out underpair (so I would have got it completely wrong!).

Once he leads out on turn I would think my KK does not look great anymore.

When emilalee checks river I would be (completely incorrectly) thinking missed draw and I would not think a tight passive player would check raise the river after only being called on the turn. I might be inclined to bet KK once checked to me to get a call from something like TT or JJ.

So in terms of putting emilalee on a hand range, I would have done a poor job.

If I was playing 66, I would fold to the BB raise. There is a chance it is a steal so I would not probably not get paid off if hit my set, and when not a steal I"m OOP with a mediocre hand.

Would anyone have thought emilalee could have 66 here?? Especially after checking the river?

I"d have struggled to put emilalee on a hand, but the lead out on the turn would have me fearing the worst for my kings.

I dont think emilalee played the hand too bad with the check on the river puzzling me most. He seemed to play the hand like he was up against overcards which maybe does explain the check

Swinebag22 Departed ty guys , this one has puzzled me as i cant see how after calling the turn KK doesnt at least put out a little value bet on the river and like you i cant see why emilialee checked the river unless he thinks theres a chance of a bigger boat - 88 hence the reraise flop.
From the KK perspective the call raise oop is odd and the weak lead , call reraise on the flop then lead out on turn could be anything.

I think i"m going to experiment with this betting pattern when i"m out of position on similar paired flops against a thinking player but lead out on the river and see what kind of reaction i get. [with any old trash hand that is] be intresting if they call the river  :) :)
