Hmmm strange.

The main event link takes me to a page that says 3000 starting chips, the other links do not work at all.

Then again, Im on Firefox - I will try on IE

Interesting....   looks like the Stud game will be over and done with by around level 8 (just 4 hours)..... with 31 runners, that"s 93,000 chips in play.....  so by FT, average stack will be 11,625..... can"t see that going much beyond L8

This is good news - when I take this tourney down at around 19:00, I"ll be just in time to play whatever the Vic"s evening tourney is :)     a few more starting chips, and this one could have run well into the night :(

Yeah I just saw that on the Vic"s website :(   Don"t understand why they would do that though, particularly on the weeknights. The Stud game for example will only use 4 tables (31 runners), and is likely to finish earlyish......they could have still run their usual evening tourney, even if with a few seats less than their normal 72.  Still, I guess that means there will be plenty of tables to lose some cash on!

Is there no possibility at all the starting chips can be increased to 5,000?  Or swap the Omaha and Stud games around so I can nip over to the Emirates for the FC Twente game.
