Thomas Cardoso has just doubled up to over 15k with a pair of Aces at the expense of James Bagley who leads the chip count on table 1 with approximately 45k chips.

12 players remain and they  have just started a 10 minute break.

When they return blinds will be at 1500-3000, with an average chipstack of 44,000.

The prizes at stake today, includes the following cash and medal awards, plus the WCOAP Omaha title.

1st:  A payment of £1,400 + Gold Medal

2nd:  £800 + Silver Medal

3rd:  £500 + Bronze Medal

4th to 7th:  £200 each.

This event appears to have been very popular and may be a candidate for full Championship status in Season Three.

James Bagley has just gone out with a Pair of Queens against Warren Jacksons Straight. He leaves the tournament in 12th place.
